Japan, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam. Meat, Fish and Poultry. A mixture of several dishes, some are mildly seasoned while others are spicy. This menu is served in three to four rounds. The dishes are placed in the middle of the table for the diners to share. To socialize like this while having dinner is a nice Asian custom. Minimum two persons. Bon appetit!
